As an artist, communicating your work is a necessary part of what you do. This 4-Hour workshop teaches you how to overcome the challenges of photographing your art. Drawings, paintings, ceramics, sculptures, textiles, or jewelry each of which requires a different approach. Photographically, some of the most difficult situations to capture are high-contrast, glossy, or heavily textured pieces. This workshop will address, demonstrate, and teach you how to overcome such challenges. Since the public likes to see, meet or understand the artist whose work they are purchasing, we will also go over headshots. As a bonus, every attendee will receive a voucher for a complimentary headshot and one piece of art photographed to reproduction quality.
Snacks and beverages will be provided.

Headshot special $95.00, one day only. Regular price $175.00. Call/email to schedule. 931-881-4971 ronb.photoart@gmail.com.
A business portrait or “headshot” is as important to your brand identity as the name, logo/product. It places a human connection with your voice and service BEFORE the customer, patient/client ever establishes contact. This is an opportunity to affordably update your headshot for your company’s website, business card, and/or social media. This one-day special is by appointment. Reserve your time slot by calling 931-881-4971 or email ronb.photoart@gmail.com
Consider it normal to update your headshot every 2 - 3 years. Doing so keeps your image looking fresh and current. In some cases, a fresh headshot may be required sooner in the case of an appearance change; such as hairstyle, weight-loss/gain, corrective eye surgery, etc. Even if your looks haven’t changed much, fashion trends do change; clothing styles and hairstyles do, so an outdated image stands out quickly. Use the change in your employment as an opportunity to freshen up your personal branding.
The gallery and studio of PhotoArt are open to the public, giving guests the opportunity to view creative art space, as well as purchase one-of-a-kind artwork directly from artists. Meet artists, view and purchase their artwork, attend lectures, watch live demonstrations and enjoy free interactive classes.
